Wedding Management package that helps you tie up the loose ends of your wedding starting 4-6 weeks before your big day. It is a common misconception that a wedding planner can just show up on the day of a wedding with little past interaction with the couple and their vendors and be able to execute a flawless wedding. The extra time we spend with our couples and their vendors allows our wedding planning team to gather all of the necessary information to make sure that everything is in place for us to professionally execute their big day.

What exactly is Full Service Wedding Planning?
Full service wedding planning offers you the highest level of guidance and support from our team of wedding planners. We walk you through every step of your wedding planning journey from desiging every detail of your big day to finding the perfect vendors for your style and budget, menu creation and tasting, invitation wording and etiquette, and beyond. We act as the liaison between you and your team of vendors so that you can rest assured that every aspect of your wedding is being professionally managed and you can focus on enjoying your engagement! Do you offer Wedding Design services and rentals?
Yes! Our team loves designing beautiful, bespoke weddings that include details that reflect the couple, their love story, their personalities, and leave guests wowed. We take the time to learn about our couple's personal style, and what elements of the wedding are most important to them and then create a digital design board that shows every aspect of their wedding day from linens and plates to florals, signage and everything in between.
In order to not limit our couples to a set inventory of design pieces, we do not carry rental items but instead partner with several high-end wedding rental companies throughout Florida so that our clients are able to choose items that fit their style, budget, and the aesthetic of their wedding design. How much do your packages cost?
We offer three different planning packages based on the level of assistance you need for your wedding.
Month of Coordination is our base wedding planning package and begins at $1500. This includes timeline creation and management, vendor management during the last month before your wedding, and onsite coordination. To see all of the services included in this package, visit our

Full Service Wedding Planning package offers the most comprehensive support for couples and includes assistance through every step of the planning process from designing invitations, to venue selection, all the way up to managing your big day onsite. Do you charge by the hour? Will my package price increase later?
No, we do not charge by the hour. Our planning pricing is based on a flat fee . Your package price wont change unless you add new services after the fact. Many of our Wedding Management clients elect to add rehearsal dinner planning, or a design consult to their package as they move through their planning process. We are always happy to lend a helping hand to our clients as they progress through their wedding planning journey!
Where do you plan weddings? Do you travel?
Our team of wedding planners can (and do!) plan events throughout North Florida. The majority of our weddings take place in Gainesville, FL, Lake City, FL and Jacksonville, FL but our team has also planned events at some of the top venues throughout central Florida and in other states as well! Take a look at the list of venues we have worked with at the bottom of our Meet Our Team page to see if we have worked with your venue! Don't worry if your venue is not on the list though. We love the creative challenge of planning for a new venue or even at a private home and coming up with creative ideas that will exceed our client's and their guest's expectations.
How are you different from a venue coordinator?
While venue coordinators are great resources for couples. they are often managing multiple events per weekend and have less time to devote to helping you work through the many details and questions you will inevitably have for your big day. With the many events they manage, they are often unable to meet more than once or twice in person.
A Wedding Planner's job is to serve as a guide throughout your wedding planning journey to help you make the best decisions for your wedding, and to help relieve the stress many couples feel when trying to plan the PERFECT day to share with family and friends. In short, they are there to support you in every aspect of your wedding planning process and their time is dedicated to making sure all of the little details are covered.
Why should I hire a wedding planner? One of my friends or a family member can coordinate my wedding.
Planning a wedding requires a lot of work! From finding the right vendors to fit your style and budget, to selecting the right invitations and managing RSVPs, the wedding planning process is very time consuming. Our clients lead busy lives, working, going to school, taking care of their family and also just trying to find time to spend with their fiance.
Adding 400-500+ hours of wedding planning to an already full schedule is difficult for most people. That's where we can step in and lighten the workload for our brides and grooms. We can take on as much (or as little) of the work as you need so that you can actually enjoy this exciting time rather than stressing over vendor contracts, budgets and everything else.
So why can't one of your friends or a family member serve as your wedding planner? Well, they most certainly can help you plan your wedding. However, the
insight an experienced wedding planner can provide can make the difference between a perfect day and a disastrous one. Sourcing professional vendors can be hard. There are thousands of photographers, DJs, venues and caterers to choose from. While reviews online can be helpful in making this decision, having someone there who can speak about their level of service from experience can be invaluable. Working with a planner who is familiar with the price ranges for local vendors can also save you hours of time researching companies that end up being way out of budget.
An experienced wedding planner can also make

Yes! We are happy to step in and coordinate smaller events around your wedding including rehearsal dinners, after parties, post-wedding brunches and more. Do you bring an assistant on the wedding day?
Absolutely! Our planner and lead coordinator will be at every one of our weddings to make sure that every vendor is where they should be and every detail is executed flawlessly. For most weddings, we will also bring an additional team of assistants to help with everything from setup to holding the bride's dress as she walks to the ceremony. When in the planning process should we hire you?
Our schedules book up very quickly each year, so we strongly encourage couples to reach out to us as soon as they have a date in mind. However, we understand that things come up in the planning process and some couples don't realize they need a wedding planner's assistance until 4 months before the wedding. Not a problem!
