If you are getting married in the North Florida area, you need to schedule a meeting with White Magnolia and hire them immediately. Don't read any more reviews , you'll just be wasting your time.
Rayven Crisafulli and her team at White Magnolia planned our wedding which took place in Alachua, Florida in October 2021.
Rayven is exceptionally professional, extremely organized, always upbeat, and highly creative. During a rather long planning period (19 months), Rayven frequently met with us, adapted to all of the times we changed our minds about things, helped us navigate all the changes of COVID, and - most importantly - helped us minimize our stress and worry about the wedding.
She is wise beyond her years (both from an event planning perspective and from a life perspective). This shone through most in her ability to tell us what details we needed to be concerned about and which details didn't matter. She also has lots of experience working with the various vendors in this area which was critical to us finding the right vendors for our wedding.
Rayven is currently earning her PhD in tourism, hospitality, and event management. When we found this out (halfway through the planning process), it made perfect since to us. The reason our wedding planning was so methodical and precise was because Rayven was applying scientific rigor to the process: she thought out every detail, kept track of all of the data acquired in the process, and helped us base decisions on prior evidence she had gained from planning other events!
On the day of the wedding, Rayven and Gianna were absolutely on top of the ball on everything. They worked well together and worked well with our vendors, family, and friends.
Our wedding was relatively complicated and involved traditional American, Ghanaian, and Chinese cultural elements. Rayven did not shy away from the challenge of coordinating and blending these aspects, rather she embraced the challenge. She was genuinely interested in learning about our cultures and how to best honor them at the wedding.
We only have experience working with one wedding planner and are sure that there are many excellent wedding planners in the area. However, we would find it hard to believe if someone said that there are any planners better than Rayven & White Magnolia.

If you are looking for an amazing wedding or event planner, look no further. Rayven is the best! Her dedication and knowledge are unmatched. She is extremely detail-oriented and efficient. Rayven was my wedding day coordinator. She met with me several times to go over all my wedding details and create my wedding timeline. The day before my wedding, Rayven contacted all my vendors for me and even showed up to the rehearsal to help me set up. There were several tasks we didn’t finish during set-up, but Rayven went above and beyond to make sure every detail was set and ready for my big day. She kept the entire day on schedule and checked in with me and my husband to make sure we were calm and enjoying ourselves. Rayven treated us like family and our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her!

We hired Rayven as our day of coordinator and could not be happier with our experience with her. She was thorough, prepared and did everything she could to make sure that our rehearsal and our wedding went perfectly. We could tell from the very first time we contacted her that we would be taken care of. Her responses were always prompt, she was patient with all of our questions, and accommodated our schedule from beginning to end. The first meeting we had with her, a few weeks before the wedding date, was incredibly helpful. She arrived prepared and helped us with all of our questions and also met the needs of our photographer and officiant. She worked really well with all of our vendors, and coordinated everyone's schedule. She worked out all the little details that had not even occurred to us. Overall, it was a joy to work with Rayven. She was incredibly professional, organized, personable. She worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly on our big day. We would absolutely recommend her for your wedding.

White Magnolia Weddings and Events did a fantastic job coordinating my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. The rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception went off without a hitch as Rayven was behind the scenes directing vendors, coordinating schedules, and putting the final finishing touch on absolutely every aspect of the event. I believe that she is the most organized person I have ever met. She was incredibly helpful not only to the bride and groom, but to my husband and myself as well. She even made a point of preparing the venue for a service dog that was in attendance - something that was much appreciated by the dog's handler. My daughter's wedding was beautiful, calm, and serene thanks to White Magnolia. I can not thank them enough or recommend them more highly.
